Privacy Directives: The Wall Protocol

These directives govern the handling of data transmissions intercepted by or submitted to **The Wall** application (the "Platform"). Compliance is mandatory.

The Platform is published under the designation **Square1**. However, the sole operational control and intellectual property rights pertaining to the Platform are retained by **Robert Meiring**, an individual and shareholder of Square1.

Section 1: Data Interception & Collection

The Wall monitors and collects specific data streams to ensure operational integrity and enforce protocol adherence. Collected data may include:

• User Credentials & Identifiers: Authentication tokens, unique device signals.
• Transmission Metadata: Timestamps, origin/destination points (where applicable), data volume.
• Usage Patterns: Interaction frequencies, feature access logs, system diagnostic reports.
• User-Submitted Content: Any data actively provided by the user through Platform interfaces (subject to specific feature protocols).

Section 2: Data Processing & Utilization

Collected data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Maintaining Platform security and stability.
• Enforcing The Wall protocols and user conduct standards.
• Analyzing system performance and implementing necessary upgrades.
• Providing core Platform functionality to authorized users.
• Responding to user support inquiries or system alerts.

Section 3: Data Containment & Security

All intercepted data is subject to strict containment protocols. We employ fortification measures, including encryption and access controls, designed to prevent unauthorized system breaches. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed in the current operational landscape.

Section 4: Data Dissemination & Third-Party Access

Data is not disseminated to external entities except under the following conditions:

• Operational Necessity: Sharing with Square1 or essential service providers bound by confidentiality agreements, strictly for Platform operation and maintenance.
• Compliance Directives: Disclosure required by binding legal orders or regulatory mandates.
• Explicit User Consent: Where specific Platform features require data sharing, and user authorization is explicitly obtained beforehand.

Robert Meiring retains ultimate authority over data access and dissemination policies.

Section 5: User Access & Control Protocols

Subject to system limitations and security protocols, users may possess rights to:

• Access Data Records: Request access to personal data held by The Wall.
• Request Rectification: Petition for correction of inaccurate data records.
• Request Termination: Initiate account deletion procedures, resulting in the erasure of associated data according to retention protocols.

Section 6: Directive Amendments

These directives may be updated periodically to reflect changes in operational parameters or regulatory landscapes. Users will be notified of significant changes via Platform broadcast or registered contact methods. Continued use of The Wall after amendments constitutes acceptance.
